I am glad to know that by now  CICAR   has got a good reputation in the ministry of interior. CICAR  scrutinize thoroughly the applicants for pilgrimage . Only genuine people are selected and others are discarded  .CICAR could make  a lot of profits , if we were not scrutinizing the application .
